This pure and rich maple syrup is distinguished by its magnificent amber color. It is ideal for dressings and topping dishes and desserts.
-Dark maple syrup, robust taste
This maple syrup has a more pronounced, caramelized maple flavor, and lends itself well to cooking, baking and making sauces. It sublimates the taste of fruity preparations!
-Very dark maple syrup, strong taste
This maple syrup comes from maple sap usually harvested at the end of the season. Its taste, more pronounced, is rich and distinctive. It perfumes and colors sauces and lacquers wonderfully.
